10. Adam And Eve Were Ashamed Of Their Nakedness After They Sinned
Before Adam and Eve ate of the forbidden fruit, they were naked and unashamed. After they ate, they were ashamed of their nakedness. Therefore, whatever their sin was, it had something to do with causing them to be aware of their naked state to such an extent that they covered their bodies. More specifically, they covered the sexual parts of their bodies. If all they did was take of a literal piece of fruit with their hands, then eat of a literal piece of fruit with their mouths, it seems logical that they would have become ashamed of their hands and mouths... not their sex organs. If a disobedient child is caught with his hand in the cookie jar, he will probably try to conceal his hands, perhaps by putting them behind his back. He also might wipe his mouth to destroy any incriminating evidence. But he would have no reason to feel unduly ashamed of his private parts, at least not as a result of stealing a cookie.

Some experts suggest that a sudden shame in one's nakedness can be a sign of sexual misbehavior. According to
Andrew Bicknell , one of the Signs of an Unfaithful Spouse is:

Your spouse may come up with all sorts of excuses not to get naked with you.
